Khentrul Rinpoche mentions the importance of our "lojong" (mind training) every time he teaches. It is the basis of all other trainings and the heart of our practice. In order to fully integrate these trainings into our every experience, we need to learn how to approach the process of continued study and the daily implementation of each training.
Paloma Landry, Rinpoche's translator, will join us in January to go over the key points of each section extracted from the teachings Rinpoche has given us.
This will be an integrative workshop. We will discuss these key points and also open space for people to contribute. We’ll welcome personal stories and examples of how we are applying the practices in our lives, including both the challenges and the successes.
Following the weekend there will be a supportive online practice course that actively guides us through each practice of the seven key points of the workshop. This optional course will provide eight months of daily contemplations to integrate into our everyday life.
Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 12pm & 2pm to 4pm
Lunch will be potluck both days so bring something to share!
